Telescope

- Radio Telescopes

Due to this the weight of monoculars is half less than binoculars. Monoculars are easy to carry.
Spotting Scopes
Spotting scopes are normally portable and used to observe the earthly objects. So the magnification of such type of spotting scopes is 25 X to 65X. Spotting scopes are rubber armored, easy to mount, no tripod, easy to focus and with covering cap. Spotting scopes are also water and shock proof. Objective lens used in spotting scopes determine the light gathering power that is between 60 to 85 mm. spotting scopes are of three types

Rangefinder
A device that is used to scale up (measure) the target from observatory point is called Rangefinder. Range can be found by different methods
